Hello 2019! I am thinking of all my New Year’s Resolutions! How about you? Definitely, focusing on eating clean/healthy and continue to workout daily. My hope is to try one new workout each week! What are some of your favorite workouts? My go to workouts are pilates, shred, and barre, but would love to try more spin and yoga classes.

In January last year I completed the Whole 30. I definitely saw a difference in how I felt, my skin was never better, I had a lot of energy and my workouts were great. This year I have decided to try a modified version of that and just eat clean with a lot of fruits/veggies and protein during the week. That way on the weekends if we eat out or have a glass of wine I won’t feel guilty. It’s all about moderation. If I find a go to healthy meal or workout I will be sharing it in my stories with you! Feel free to share your finds too!

Organization is key for me this year! If you still love a paper calendar (like me-lol) be sure to try Erin Condren’s planners! Love! You can customize the look and style to fit what works for you and your family! These make great gifts too!
