Weekly Workout 2-Pilates by T
Happy Friday mjstyle readers!!! I am so excited to share with you my second weekly workout blog post!
Let me start by saying Pilates by T is not your typical pilates class. For those that have taken T’s class already, you know what I am talking about. :-) If you are looking for a unique, challenging, amazing, motivating workout this is one to try! Pilates by T incorporates reformer, mat, barre, chair, and trx! It’s a workout for any age and any level. Whether you are just beginning, looking to switch it up, trying to improve that golf game, or can’t find a workout that will challenge you-try Pilates by T!
I started working out with T about 6 years ago. We just had our second child and moved into the area. I was looking for a different type of workout that would keep me motivated, and I would actually enjoy going to! I had never taken a reformer class and thought why not give it a try! Well, it’s 6 years later, I had my third child (worked out all through my pregnancy at Pilates by T), and I have never felt stronger or as healthy as I do today! Their instructors (T, Lennie, Kelly, and Michelle) are amazing, motivating, and always changing it up! Check it out and let me know what you think!
